Booking Confirmation

In order to confirm the booking, we kindly ask you to pay a 30% deposit of the total rental fee by bank transfer. Afterward, the voucher will be sent to you.
The paid amount is not refundable once booking is confirmed.
The outstanding balance has to be paid 45 days prior to arrival, by bank transfer.
Credit cards are accepted on location to pay the eventual extra costs.

Security Deposit

Upon arrival, a security deposit of Euro 350.00 must be left in cash and in EURO currency either with the owner or with his representative.
The security deposit will be fully refunded at the end of the holiday, less any deduction for damages caused to the property or for any additional costs that were not included in the rental price.

Conditions

• The swimming pool is open from May to October

• Tourism Levy: 1,50 € per person/per night, only for the first 6 consecutive nights of stay

• Children under 14 don’t pay the tourism levy

• Pets are not allowed

• The deposit paid to confirm the booking is non refundable

Extra Services

• Heating: 60€ per day

• Extra single bed: 30 € per night

• Extra full change of sheets and towels: 18€ per bedroom

• Extra change of towels only: 8€ per person

• extra pool towel: 8€ each

• 3 baby cots: available free of charge

• Baby transmitter/receiver: free of charge

• Wood for the fireplace: free of charge.

Arrival

The check- in time is always between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM
Any change upon arrival day or about the arrival time must be communicated to the owner or to his representative as soon as possible, otherwise it will not be possible to enter the property.

Upon arrival the client will find the property in tidy and clean condition.
Clients will find the beds made with fresh linen, a set of 3 towels per person, 1 pool towel per person, welcome kit including slippers, shampoo, soap, toilet paper
Daily cleaning of bathrooms and bedrooms (except on Sunday).

Linen at the arrival is included in the rental price and is changed weekly (on Saturday).
Extra linen available upon request (see extra services above).

Departure

The check-out time is between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM
An earlier check out must be previously agreed upon with the owner or his representative in order to get the security deposit back and pay any eventual extra costs.
