Look for the SCG “Superstrada” (dual carriageway no tolls) FI.PI.LI. and enter in the direction of Pisa.
Keep driving for about 26 km until you find the exit EMPOLI CENTRO (neither Empoli Est nor Empoli Ovest).
Take the exit and at the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Strada Regionale 429 di Val d'Elsa/SR429 towards CASTELFIORENTINO.
On your way you’ll find several roundabouts: keep driving straight ahead, following directions towards Siena/Castelfiorentino.
Drive for approx. 17 km until you find the signpost towards MONTAIONE/GAMBASSI (1 st exit of the roundabout onto Strada Provinciale 4 Volterrana), drive for about 450 mt and turn right onto SP26 (signpost to MONTAIONE). Drive on via delle Colline for approx. 5,5 km
1 km before arriving to MONTAIONE, at the crossroads to GAMBASSI TERME, you will find a VILLA OSTIGNANO SIGN on your right. Enter the unpaved road and after 400 mt you will see the villa in front of you!
